About the Jaeger-LeCoultre Rendez-Vous

It was built to give women the maison's mechanical movements rather than the quartz the industry usually offered, and almost every reference here is automatic: 87 of the 97, against 6 quartz on the 688 and 2 hand-wound. The Rendez-Vous Date runs the 967A in 15 references, the Night & Day with its day-night disc the 898A and 898A/1 in 21, the Moon the 935 in 7, and the Celestial its star chart on the 809/1. The Tourbillon on the 978 accounts for most of the 10 tourbillon references, and the Perpetual Calendar for 2.

Sizes run from 24 mm to 39 mm, with 34 mm the most common at 32 references, 29 mm at 19, and 36 mm and 39 mm at 14 each. Pink gold is the material of 41 cases, steel of 32 and white gold of 23. Silver dials, most of them guilloché, account for 49 references and white for 20. Water resistance is 30 m on 60 references and 50 m on 37, and 89 have a display back. Every one of the 97 is a distinct configuration.

The Reverso is the maison's other line with a large ladies' range, and the Master Ultra Thin shares several of the automatic movements.
