Panerai's designation for an ETA/Unitas 6497 execution with the company's own bridge layout and a swan's-neck regulator for fine adjustment. It runs the Radiomir Black Seal and related hand-wound models. The near-identical OP XI sits beside it in the range, built on the later 6497-2 and sent through chronometer certification, which the OP X was not.
