About the Breitling Superocean Heritage '57

Where the Superocean Heritage reinterpreted the 1957 watch at 42 mm and 46 mm with a modern thickness, the '57 copied its proportions, which is why the median case here is 9.99 mm thick and why it runs the thin Caliber 10, an ETA 2892 finished to chronometer standard, in 21 references, and its no-date version the Caliber 10 ND in the 38 mm Pastel Paradise models of 2021 in 5. The 2020 Capsule edition with its rainbow markers was made for frontline workers during the pandemic, and the Highlands editions followed.

The 42 mm case accounts for 21 references and the 38 mm for 5. Steel is the material of 18 cases and steel with red gold of 8. Black dials lead at 9 and blue at 8, with the pastel colours behind them. Water resistance is 100 m, every case has a closed back, and 7 references are limited editions.

The Superocean is the modern diver, the Top Time the other 2020 revival of a 1960s Breitling, and the 2892 piece explains the base movement.
