The Saros annual calendar distinguishes the 30-day and 31-day months and needs correcting only at the end of February, showing the month in twelve windows around the dial; home time sits on a rotating 24-hour disc; and the Ring Command bezel turns to select which function the crown sets. It is 33 mm across with 40 jewels, a 72-hour reserve and a beat of 28,800 vph, with a Parachrom hairspring and Paraflex shock absorbers, and every one is a Superlative Chronometer.
