About the Jaeger-LeCoultre 822A/2

It is the current form of the 822, Jaeger-LeCoultre's rectangular hand-wound movement for the Reverso, at 20.2 mm across with 19 jewels and a beat of 21,600 vph, showing hours and minutes only. Its thinness is what keeps the Reverso Classic Medium Thin under 8 mm, swivelling case included.

In the library it powers 19 Reverso references, the Classic Medium Thin at 27.4 mm and the Classic Small at 24.4 mm in steel and pink gold, and the Tribute editions, 10 of which are limited.

The 822 is the earlier version of the same movement, the 822/2 its small-seconds sibling, and the 846/1 the ladies' size.
