About the Audemars Piguet AP 2325

The 889 was the thin automatic base Jaeger-LeCoultre supplied to several maisons before Audemars Piguet built its own, and the 2325 carries it with a 21-carat gold rotor on ceramic ball bearings, 32 jewels, a beat of 28,800 vph and a 38-hour reserve at 26.5 mm across. It was also the base of the 2326/2840 chronograph of the Royal Oak Offshore.

In the library it powers 14 Millenary Self-Winding references, the 39.5 mm oval in yellow, pink and white gold, and 7 Royal Oak Offshore references at 42 mm. 7 are limited editions.

The 3120 is the in-house automatic that replaced the Jaeger-LeCoultre bases from 2003, and the 5201 the hand-wound movement of the later 39.5 mm Millenary.
