About the Breitling Caliber 27

The 2892 is the thin automatic the 2892 piece describes, and the module, a Dubois Dépraz design, adds the chronograph works above it, which is why the movement has 38 jewels against the base's 21. The two-hand totaliser reads the elapsed hours and minutes together on a single subdial, like a small clock, with the running seconds on another. It beats at 28,800 vph with a 42-hour reserve at 25.6 mm across, and it is COSC-certified.

In the library it powers all 26 Skyracer references, the Raven editions among them, in 44 mm and 43.5 mm steel cases rated to 200 m.

The Caliber 41 is the other 2892-based Breitling chronograph, with two conventional subdials, and the Caliber 13 the Valjoux 7750 the rest of the Professional line ran.
