About the Patek Philippe 26‑330 S C

It keeps the 324's proportions, 27 mm across and 3.3 mm high, with 212 parts, 30 jewels, a 21-carat gold central rotor, a Gyromax balance and a Spiromax silicon spring beating at 28,800 vph for 35 to 45 hours, and adds what the 324 lacked: a seconds hand that stops when the crown is pulled, and a reduction wheel with a sprung tooth that takes the play out of the seconds hand. It carries the Patek Philippe Seal.

In the library it powers 12 Nautilus references, the last 5711s and the 5811, 3 Aquanauts, 2 Cubitus references of 2024 at 45 mm and one Calatrava. 2 are limited editions.

The 324 S C is the movement it replaced, and the 240 the maison's ultra-thin automatic beside it.
