BreitlingCockpit

The Cockpit was Breitling's smaller everyday line of the 2000s, a Chronomat-style case with rider tabs. It came as a 39 mm chronograph, a 41 mm automatic with a big date and a 31.8 mm ladies' quartz. This library holds 32 references.

About the Breitling Cockpit

It sat in the Windrider family beside the Chronomat and the Crosswind, and it was the Breitling most often sold in two-tone: 17 of the 32 references here pair steel with yellow gold, against 10 in plain steel. The Chrono Cockpit runs the Caliber 13, a Valjoux 7750, in 11 references at 39 mm; the Cockpit 41 the Caliber 49 with its big date in 10; and the Cockpit Lady the SuperQuartz B71 in 11 at 31.8 mm. 21 references are automatic and 11 quartz.

Water resistance is 100 m on 22 references and 300 m on the Cockpit 41. Blue, white and black dials lead, and 3 references are recorded with mother-of-pearl. None are limited editions, and the rarity median is 5.

The Galactic replaced it in 2008 with the same size ladder, the Chronomat Evolution was the flagship of the same family, and the Windrider collection holds the rest of the line.
